Logging into your Owner Portal gives you on-demand access to your complete financial picture at any time. From there you can review all statements at your convenience, download owner statements, and pull income reports without having to call or email our office.

Your monthly reporting covers the full operating picture of your San Antonio rental property, including:

• Rent collection and payment processing
• Vendor bill payments for maintenance and repairs completed on your property
• Payment of any monthly items requested by you as the owner
• Owner disbursements via ACH direct deposit to your bank account, along with your corresponding owner statement

Each year, Windrose Realty also provides the following to support your tax preparation and annual review:

• IRS Form 1099 and annual tax statements
• A full-year summary owner statement covering all income and expenses for the period
